Troubleshooting: Campaign not sending

Symptom


Campaign exists but no outgoing messages are being sent.


Quick diagnostic checklist


  1. Campaign status is active (not draft/paused).
  2. Campaign has a linked list.
  3. Leads are imported/available for the campaign.
  4. Sender account is connected and healthy.
  5. Contact statuses are eligible to send.
  6. You are within allowed sending window and pacing.


Fix flow


Fix 1: Recheck campaign fundamentals


Open campaign and confirm list + sender + sequence are present.


Fix 2: Verify sender connection


Reconnect X account if account health/sync looks stale.


Fix 3: Review contacts


Ensure contacts are not blocked by status or eligibility rules.


Fix 4: Pause/resume campaign


This can recover scheduling state in some cases.


When to escalate


If still stuck, collect:

  • campaign ID/name
  • sender account
  • list name
  • timestamp of expected send
  • Then send to support with logs.
