Troubleshooting: Campaign not sending
Symptom
Campaign exists but no outgoing messages are being sent.
Quick diagnostic checklist
- Campaign status is active (not draft/paused).
- Campaign has a linked list.
- Leads are imported/available for the campaign.
- Sender account is connected and healthy.
- Contact statuses are eligible to send.
- You are within allowed sending window and pacing.
Fix flow
Fix 1: Recheck campaign fundamentals
Open campaign and confirm list + sender + sequence are present.
Fix 2: Verify sender connection
Reconnect X account if account health/sync looks stale.
Fix 3: Review contacts
Ensure contacts are not blocked by status or eligibility rules.
Fix 4: Pause/resume campaign
This can recover scheduling state in some cases.
When to escalate
If still stuck, collect:
- campaign ID/name
- sender account
- list name
- timestamp of expected send
- Then send to support with logs.
